Vinyl Printing

Vinyl printing is all about heat transfer. You use a machine to cut out letters and designs from colored vinyl and heat-press them onto the t-shirt to transfer the color to it. Vinyl printing depends on a combination of pressure and heat. It is usually used for very small runs (up to 15 shirts on average) as the set up time is much quicker than that of screen printing.

Digital Printing

Similar to vinyl transfer printing, this commonly used printing method also employs a heat press machine to print. However, instead of vinyl transfer paper, it uses regular transfer papers, preferably inkjet. It does not involve cutting out the design, but digitally printing it onto the transfer papers.

A preferred choice for small printing quantities because of its economic cost, it also offers stunning results for prints with bright and detained colours.

Direct Silkscreen Printing

A printing method where ink is screen through a mesh onto the t-shirt directly. One of the most popular printing techniques since long time ago and commonly used for events when printing designs onto products.

Sublimation Printing

Dye-sublimation is similar to heat-transfer in practice, but the technology is quite different. Sublimation inks adhere to synthetic fibres on a microscopic level. Put simply, they don’t just go on the t-shirt – they go in the t-shirt.

This lets you print a pattern directly onto the fabric and once the ink is cured, the pieces can be cut out and stitched together to make a custom shirt from scratch.

Because the output is light and breathable, dye sublimation is especially popular for activewear and gymwear, and its bright colours make it ideal for competitive sports like cycling and motocross.
